ATTENTION ALL GOLFERS!!It is that time of year again for the Annual Beaver Athletics Fundraiser Golf Tournament! This year our Four-Person-Scramble will be held on May 13th at the Beaver Pioneer Golf Course. As in the past we will have a FREE LUNCH donated by Downing's Market, Cash Prizes for the Winning and Runner-Up teams, Hole Prizes, Door Prizes, a Raffle for a 70" TV, and of course good times playing golf! There are only 10 carts for rent and it will be first come first serve. The Registration fees are $140 for a team, $35 for an individual, $30 for a cart, and $10 for a mulligan. (There is no mulligan limit for you golfers who like to play in the tall stuff!) The tickets for the TV can be bought at the clubhouse the morning pf the tournament. they will be $10 for 1 or $50 for 6. ..This year we have tried to make things a little more streamlined and easier so we have made it possible for you to register online! The flyer attached here, and that you can find at businesses around town, has a QR code that will allow you to access the Google Form that will be used for Registration. If you are wondering how you can scan a QR code that you are already looking at with your phone then you are not alone. All you have to do is hold your thumb down on the QR Code and there will be several options that pop up for you to get to the page. The easiest option for you to click would be the option that says OPEN IN SAFARI/BROWSER and it will take you to the registration page where you will find instructions for registering. Payments for the tournament fees and cart rentals can also be made on this registration page via a QR Code located on it. It leads to our School's Venmo account and you can access it the same way you accessed the Registration Form by holding your thumb down on it. If you do not have a Venmo account or do not wish to make one then you will have to pay the morning of the tournament during the registration time or you will not be allowed to play. ..Also, sponsorships are always welcome and there will be a team of Duster Athletes hitting the bricks later this month to talk to our local business owners about sponsorship opportunities. If you wish to sponsor a hole or several holes before an athlete makes it your way then that is great! There are three different hole sponsorship opportunities available. --Gold Sponsorship--$500--Gets your name or business name on all 9 Holes and on the Sponsorship Banner that is displayed at Duster Athletic Events. --Silver Sponsorship--$300--Gets your name or business name on 5 Holes and on the Sponsorship Banner that is displayed at Duster Athletic Events. --Bronze Sponsorship--$100-$200--Gets your name or business name on 1 to 2 holes, depending on the amount given. We also accept donations for door prizes and extra hole prizes as well. The value of a donated prize could get you a Gold or Silver Sponsorship! ANY AND ALL DONATIONS ARE GREATLY APPRECIATED!..
