The Elks Club in Guymon is hosting a Free Throw Contest in Guymon on Saturday, January 10, 2026 for students age 8 - 13.
Mrs. McDonald and Mrs. Dyer are once again presenting their Christmas Extravaganza performances tonight at 7:00 pm in the Auditorium featuring the 5th & 6th grade band, 7th - 12th grade band and the JH and HS choirs. Everyone is welcome to come enjoy the Christmas spirit with our Duster Family 💛🖤🎄🎅

Don't forget our Food Drive currently taking place now through Friday, December 5th! Together, as Dusters, we are stronger than hunger!

Our Family & Consumer Science (FCS) classes hosted a Thanksgiving Tea this morning for the 2nd & 3rd graders. The Little Dusters wrote what they are thankful for on colorful leaves and then placed them on the Thanksgiving Tree. They even enjoyed punch and cookies with "fancy" dishes! Thank you to Mrs. McVay & her FCS classes for making this so special!

The Beaver County Coalition is again accepting applications for the 2025 Christmas Gift Project which serves any of our students & their families this Christmas. If your family, or if you know of a family that would benefit from this project, please fill out the application (one application per family) and return it to the school by Friday, November 21st.
Parents, if you did not receive your child's school portrait through email, please notify the school.
Also, fall sports pictures are going to get sent out soon also through email.

Friday, November 21st, the Beaver Dusters kick off high school play vs. the Buffalo Bison! Pep rally will be at 8:30 am in the Duster Dome and the Lady Dusters will play at 6:30 pm with the men's basketball to follow! BLACK OUT the Duster Dome - wear all black!!!!!

Cross Country medals came in last week from the JH All-Star Meet in Chickasha in October: Boys: Noah Cantrell came in 2nd out of 117, Austin Purcell came in 65th out of 117. Girls: Kree Weaver came in 5th out 164 and Emma Purcell finished 52nd out of 164! Wow--these Dusters can run!! Congratulations!

We are so proud and honored to have initiated our new members and inducted new officers into the Beaver High School Chapter of National Honor Society! The four traits of National Honor Society are Scholarship, Service, Leadership and Character and each of these students embodies these traits uniquely and beautifully! We are so proud of you NHS Dusters! 💛💙
