COMING SOON: A Better Way to Stay Connected! We are excited to announce that Beaver Schools is launching ROOMS, a new way for families to connect directly with their child's teachers, coaches and school staff, all within the Beaver Schools app (NEW app launching soon!). Starting Wednesday, August 12th, Rooms will become the go-to place for classroom updates, one-on-one conversations, and group messages. This allows us to give you one secure place to stay informed and connected to Beaver Schools. So no more Remind, GroupMe, etc! Stay tuned for more information - we will send information soon announcing our new app in the App Store!! We are thrilled to have all communication in ONE place!
The Dusters now have Cell Phone Lockers!! To align with Oklahoma state law (HB 1481) which "requires all public schools to prohibit the use of wireless communication devices during instructional time," Beaver Schools has installed convenient cell phone lockers which will be assigned to each student. Each lock box will have a unique 3-number code known only to the assigned student. Students will be required to place their phone in their assigned lock box upon arrival at school and will only be able to remove it at the end of the school day. (*Medical exemptions will be applied with required documentation) Students can use this cool lock boxes or leave their cell phones in their vehicles.

Another reminder that HS Duster football practice starts on Monday, August 3rd. ALL Duster football athletes must have RankOne filled out along with their physical completed PRIOR to practice on Monday. As you complete your student's enrollment, please make note that Free & Reduced Lunch forms are now available on the Student Records Portal next to the Enrollment Tab. You will click on the "Lunch Room Application" to complete the form. We are ready for a GREAT Duster year!

2026-27 Online Enrollment is now active! We are kindly asking that your online enrollment forms be completed by Monday, August 3rd. Junior High and High School students will then meet on Wednesday, August 5th in the Board Room to select courses for this year. Schedule selection will take place from 8:00 am - noon and from 4:00 pm - 7:00 pm. We will have a few Chromebooks set up in the Board Room for you to access online enrollment at that time.

REMINDER that ALL Pre-K Dusters must have immunization records on file before the start of school on August 13th. You can bring those by the school or email them to Christi Sharp at csharp@beaver.k12.ok.us.
As our 2026-27 enrollment opens and ramps up, please note that ALL 7th graders must have and show proof of the Tdap vaccination before the start of school.
