And to cap off this fantastic Duster Week, we present to you the activities from 4th Grade including a special focus on the events on 9/11. 🖤💛❤️🤍💙

For science Mrs. Bridwell did a lesson on position and motion where the students used one ping pong ball and one golf ball to experiment with.

For 9/11 we learned about the events of that day and how students in Japan sent paper origami cranes to Ground Zero that were hung on the fences as a symbol of healing. I had the students make their own paper cranes. It was challenging but one student was able to complete her crane: Rylee Sharp. They learned how even other countries come together in hard times and support one another.

Now that the dust has settled from school starting...I mean literally, we are the Beaver Dusters .....🌪️😂...we want to rewind and give some HUGE Duster Thank you's for the kindness shown to our teachers as they prepared for the start of school. The Bank of Beaver City hosted a wonderful lunch from Hunny's BBQ in partnership with the Beaver United Methodist Church. The First Baptist Church in Beaver provided lunch for us another day. We are so grateful and blessed to live in a supportive and happy community! THANK YOU!! We are PROUD to be BEAVER DUSTERS!!! 🖤💛🌪️

1st HOME Football game PEP RALLY: Friday, September 4th @10:30 am in the Beaver Schools Auditorium! Theme: BLACK OUT!!! Everyone is welcome to attend and get your Duster dose of PEP for the game. The Beaver Dusters will host the Temple Tigers at 7:00 pm at McVay stadium with some very special presentations at half-time. You sure don't want to miss this!!!!
